Description

Sporting a hardened, special ops look, the Citizen Black Eagle Skyhawk stainless steel men's flight watch offers advanced timing functions and the latest technology. It's powered by Citizen's unique Eco-Drive, Which absorbs sunlight and any artificial light through the crystal and dial to recharge the watch continuously. The fast-forward timekeeping features include time and calendar in twenty-two time zones, thirty cities, three world time alarms, a 99-minute countdown timer, one-touch interchangeable analog / digital time, and 1/100-second chronograph that measures up to 24 hours. The large round black ion-plated stainless steel case measures 44mm (1.73 inches) wide and 14mm (0.55 inches) deep, and it's topped by a bi-directional rotating slide rule. The black dial background features large white hands with luminous tips as well as luminous square dial markers. It's completed by a black-plated stainless steel bracelet band. Other features include water resistance to 330 feet (100 meters) and a scratch-resistant, non-reflective mineral crystal. This is my 3rd Citizens Watch. I also have a battery powered Blue Angels Sky Hawk and an Eco-Drive. They are 9 years and 4 years respectively. I 'm an Outdoors-man, and I ' m very hard on my watches. These things are built like little tanks. I 've beat them to death, and they ' ve always worked for me. Every 3 or 4 years I have sent them into the crystals were replaced, and replace the battery in the Blue Angels Chronograph. That is all the maintenance they receive. I find it amazing that bumping against abrasive surfaces to hunting and fishing has only damaged crystals. Other then that these watches look and work like they 'new RE. I 'm 65 years old, and I ' ve never found a watch that is as robust and less reliable than the watches are citizens. I 'ma customer for life. Citizens Good job!

The watch is very functional for those like me who are pilots, the UTC world time and dialing features are also great online E6B around the case is very useful for sports and normal daily calculations such as division, multiplication, and conversions. But if you plan to wear every day as I've done since I got it (3 weeks ago), the paint on the bottom of the hold which will start fading with wear and tear done to constant friction on the bottom with normal everyday use, can scratch the glass must also be done easily with Sapphire, but the cost could increase. While other shows big, not too heavy and looks great.

This watch looks great in the picture on my digital screen, but when I received it and tried it on it looks AWSOM. The wrist band is a very, very dark gray (not black total) more like graphite (pencil led), personally I liked it better. All of it 's features make it really cool and it enhances anyones appereance. I 'real jewel.

I don 've worn a watch in about two years and thought it was time for a new watch. I was watching a show flyer for years (I 'm not a pilot but I like airplanes) and I like having the characteristics of different time zones on the watch. After looking at different models Citizen, I settled on the latter. So far, I 'm happy with it. I'll have to learn to use the slide rule, however.

About me send it back to watch for the third time in about 2 years. 1st time, not clock zerorize (digital analog time continuous off time). Second hand analog time wouldn 't even match the zerorize, is back with new chips less but not quite dial mode centering. After mode dial fell off a few months, so now it 's on it ' s third trip back. Not sure if I would invest in the grip of iron - Pins seem to have bent a bit and the black Wears off the wrapping. RI am a professional pilot and bought this watch to wear daily, but I don 't think ' s durable enough to be worn by actual pilots.

The watch looks incredible, wears well, has tons of functions beyond telling time and did I mention looks incredible! I 've gotten tons of "nice watch " comments from people and I would highly recommend to anyone who digs nice time pieces!

I bought my Black Eagle this summer, from the moment I opened the box, I knew I would love this watch. I collect watches all my life, I have everything that I have ever owned still, regardless of value. The black eagle is a timepiece of high quality in every detail, features, accuracy, elegance and finish. It 's evidence shows a robust and now one of my very favorite. I have Rolex, Movado, Wittnauer, Breitling, Siek and many others, the Black Eagle is my favorite second. The only show I like even more is my new Black Citizen Eco-Drive Skyhawk AT, the flagship of Eco Drive watches. Yes, there 's capabilities in it enough to watch the shuttle launch! R ri urges the two hits, but the Eagle is a little smaller and less expensive.

It is a sight. I have owned several Citizen watches over the years, and I was always impressed with the quality and durability. Watch is gorgeous and a pleasure to own. My experience is great to sell well - good price and excellent delivery.

This is a great watch. Its got a weight attachable to him and feels high quality. It looks great and has plenty of resources. I only have two problems with it. First, the LED screens are hard to see (the most recent sync with atomic Skyhawks have screens background). The second problem is that the watch is very painful to wear, how to start your arm out the connections between the hair to see how he moves around his wrist. I had this problem with the lack of blockade since the connections (the kind that has a band that is flat and does not have an oval shape when placed on the band). For this reason, I give it a 4 / 5. But buy it if you don 't have arm hair.

Bought this clock, hard to find the NET, was a certified dealer @ Citizen called the price. WOW I was surprised. Having had many watches in my time, this clock is exactly what I wanted - 1.) Black, 2.) Solar Power, 3.) Heavy feel - like Rolex Submariner 4.) Many extras including alarm clock, stopwatch, month / Dates, etc. .. 5.) Citizen box, documents, warranty - r rLast See I 'll buy for many years, I'd bet.

As the title suggests, this Citizen Skyhawk watch is true perfection! I 've watched the show for the last 4 months and saw that the price increases on various sites ..... but not on Amazon. I finally thought it was better that I buy now and when it arrived .... OMG! I 've been so many compliments on this timepiece, and it just makes me proud. Buy this watch and experience the joy of a real part time ....... c 'est parfait!

This is a watch with easy to use features for the traveler time zone, chronograph, three alarm clock, and calendar. Eco-drive technology is awesome, and watches as a whole is very classy.

It 'years now since I got this watch. The only mistake I made about it captures the band plastic instead of metal one. Saved $ 50 when buying the watch, but ended up paying $ 100 for the metal band ... RI travel a bit and watch find extremely convenient for going through the time zone. Bring back the turmoil of the DST. RGreat visibility at night, a cool clock. Beats all other watch I ve 'is from the Casio by Seiko and Omega.

I have a lot of hits. This is by far my favorite watch. It has everything I need. The features are solid and work as hard and at the same time. Can wear to the office, beach, etc.. Love it. Great all around yesterday.

I really like this watch. I 'm not a pilot but I do travel across time zones frequently. Being able to quickly swap time zones or being able to quickly scroll through all those TZs makes this watch perfect for me. R RI also must admit, I just really enjoy looking at the watch. R acknowl-Drive rThe Eco-Drive feature attracted me primarily. Nothings worse than traveling and looking down at your wrist watch to see Dead. Simple enough to change the battery, right? When you 're busy can it stay dead for weeks until I get around to replacing it especially if you need a jeweler. I 'm looking forward to years of use without changing the battery. R rThe Looks: rLike I said earlier I like looking at it. It 's got a lot of functions but doesn ' t look Nerdy. From a distance it seems that not a nice Black Watch. It goes well with most of what I 'm wearing. R Far RSO: RI 've only had it for a month or so, complaints about fading or scratching sounds from other users have yet to affect me though I ' m not someone who 's got a good history of being careful with things. Maybe I 'm lucky. R rBand: rThe only Downside is having to take it to a jeweler to have the band adjusted. And sometimes I like to wear the watch on my arm up higher when typing on my laptop or doing technical work. I had him adjust it loose for this purpose. It took me a while to get used to having a loose near my wrist watch but it 's OK now. I suppose I could always get a black rubber band like I have on my Swiss Army watch. Not a big deal.

I had been looking for a sports watch with a black metal case and bracelet. I was looking for something different from the sea of silver watches. R 'ri had a Casio G-Shock for a couple of years, a tough, practical view to be sure. I wanted something a bit more elegant. This is an important watch, with a wide range of features and a clear and well set to display. Being an aviator's watch, there are plenty of things in the face, but it works for me.

Bought this on Amazon for $ 285 off the almost $ 500 msrp. Meaning this is a very high quality watch that uses Japanese craftsmanship expected to elevate it to the level of a Tag Heur for 3x more. I was looking for a watch that Had the feel of a Swiss Army to the looks of a stealth bomber. This is what I found. I was expecting to multi-function chronograph and maybe mean calendar, I actually got a pilot 's watch with total time, 3 alarms, and a timer in addition to the aforementioned. The watch is slightly on the heavy side to built like a tank. The nicest feature imo is the solar-powered capability. For a college student, this watch breaks the crowd of Fossils and other inferior brands and withstands day-to-day use like none other. The LCD display has improved but not enough like say an Armitron. Other than that, no complaints.

Citizen has some of the best styles of watches available. This clock struck my 19 year old son, who isn 't in watches. The watch is for the elegant dress or casual, if you like a good watch you can 't go wrong with this ' Black Eagle '.

Very nice watch. Quality. I've had it for a month now, even now scratches. Watch a little heavy at first, but after you get used to it. It functions very good and useful.

i bought this item for my husband for Christmas. He had wanted Skyhawk for several years now, since the military previously. I read previous reviews from other customers, some who are not happy and more than that. My husband COMPLETELY happy with the watch! Everything that is to say that it is 100% accurate! The vendor on time delivery and everything was perfect. I will be watching and judging anyone interested in this item will not be satisfied !!!!!!!!!

My brother and sister-in-law bought this clock for me. I had to mention that I am looking for a sporty time piece and what I was shown a way out of my price range. After the big brother and sister-in-law that I will surprise me with her for my birthday. The features are incredible. If you find out the bezel tool, you can pretty much any calculation of the aviation problem that you might have. The appearance of this clock are designed for casual or dress up perfectly. As a retired military men like me still playing with the different time zone functions. If I had this clock while in the military it would be very helpful. I recommend this clock for those who seek a sporty yet handsome clock. The Eco-Drive is a great addition too. I can 't thank my brother and sister-in-law enough for me always as a great gift. I love this watch. Feels too good to not have to worry about the battery going out or having to shake my arm to get it going. I've been through some bumps and shakers but after is still looking like new. I was afraid the black finish will rub off or something but I still hope that its all black.
